About IQAC

Internal Quality Assurance Cell: IQAC plays an important role in planning, guiding, monitoring quality assurance, performance evolution, assessment, accreditation, and conducting quality upgradation activities in the institution.

The prime task of IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, constant, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance and development of the institution as a center of academic excellence.

IQAC also channelizes and systemizes the efforts and measures of the institution towards sustenance in academic excellence such as

1. Development and application of quality benchmarks setting parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution.

2. Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty development to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.

3. Collection and analysis of feedback from all the stakeholders on quality-related processes.

4. Dissemination of information on various quality parameters to all the stakeholders.

5. Organization of intra- and inter-institutional workshops and seminars on quality- related themes.

6. Documentation of various programmes and activities leading to quality improvement.

7. Acting as a nodal agency of the institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of the best practices.

8. Periodical conduct of Academic and Administrative Audits along with their follow-up activities and preparation and submission of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per the guidelines and parameters of NAAC.
